CONCERTS: Music at Memorial
Hello Suzuki families!
This is a list of upcoming concerts at the Memorial's School of Music. The concert on March the fifth will be especially interesting to you all, as the violin, viola, and cello will be featured, as well as two of our own teachers! Concerts such as these are so inspiring to young musicians, so you are all encouraged to attend.
Saturday 06 March at 8pm in the D.F. Cook Recital Hall Home Concert Come celebrate with Darryl Cremesco as he conducts his graduating recital with the MUN Chamber Choir. The music he leads (along with a few other works that evening) is certain to be enjoyable fare for choral lovers.

| Thursday 04 March at 8pm in the D.F. Cook Recital Hall Debut Atlantic The haunting, lyric combination of voice, horn and piano are featured in this riveting recital by Marianne Fiset, Louis-Philippe Marsolais and Michael McMahon. Friday 05 March at 8pm in the D.F. Cook Recital Hall 100 Years of Romance Romantic anniversaries in honour of the 100th and 200th birthdays of Samuel Barber and Robert Schumann. Cellist Nathan Cook is joined by pianist Krista Vincent, violinists Nancy Dahn and Heather Kao and violist Scott Chancey.

Friday 12 March at 8pm in the D.F. Cook Recital Hall The Trumpet Sings In the orchestra, the trumpet often shouts but rarely sings. Aaron Hodgson explores the lyrical side of this brassy instrument with this program of vocal music written and arranged for the trumpet.
